After you've clicked the Authorize button, you will be directed to either a Success or Error page.
The success page contains additional instructions of how to finalise the setup and add the notifications to one of your public channels. Please follow the instructions to complete the setup and receive your first notification.
The error page will display if:
- The app could not be added to your workspace due to a lack of permission
- Any timeout occurring during Slack's installation process
- The installation was cancelled
If you have the necessary permission but are still unable to add the app, please contact your dedicated Customer Success manager or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
